Running Club
 

Since the initiation of Boxing Club in 2007, our patrons have been running 5 to 15 kms on every Saturday, be it summer, monsoon or winter.  This year we start with a Running Club—let’s make Puneites addict to Running—If you are ready do join us…

The response has been excellent and feed back even better. Many, who had never run a km, have now started running 5 kms on Saturdays. Why not you; Join us on Saturdays at 6.30 am at our Gym and be an ambassador of running which gives mankind many benefits…

Running is the best activity a human being can commit to in this life. It is the natural activity for the body. Running is one of the most important exercises an individual can do in order to loose weight or be fit. Running can lower the risk of suffering a heart attack. Exercise also raises blood levels of HDL cholesterol (the so-called "good cholesterol") which helps to cleanse the arteries of fatty deposits.

Running gives you stamina, agility, you’ll be in tremendous shape and toned but the most important of all; running will keep you healthy and mentally strong!

Running not only gives exercise to your lower body but also to the upper body e.g. arms, shoulder etc.
