Holistic health and overall fitness has always been our approach to any physical training. When we launched the Sevasadan Gymnasium we wanted this aspect to be the centre of our program. So we have blended typical gymnasium infrastructure with inputs from our experience in the Indian Army.
Our Gymnasium is for people who are committed to a long term goal of staying physically fit. Most of our patrons are not on any special diet nor do we recommend this.
We sincerely believe long term commitment and incremental increase in exercises is the way to a sustainable physical fitness program for all ages of people
One may be pursuing any sport; if you need Sports Specific Weight Training OR Overall Fitness Training; we are there to provide you with necessary infrastructure, guidance and Training.
We desire to deliver cost effective, enjoyable and result oriented Fitness Training programmes; as an outcome members will gain Fitness in its entirety and reduce the visits to the Doctor.
